All pieces are handmade with stoneware clay on a pottery wheel or slab rolled/hand molded in my studio. Each piece has unique characteristics such as size and colour due to the handmade process. All glazes are non-toxic. The piece was twice fired in oxidation, slow-cooled at misfire in an electric kiln.
Size
Earth tone birdhouse - approx 6.5” tall by 4.5” wide
Turquoise -approx 6” tall by 5”wide
Please note:
I have beads on the earth tone birdhouse and not turquoise. If you prefer version with beads let me know and I will redo the wire to add the beads.
Also, the turquoise birdhouse ran a bit and so the bottom stuck to the kiln chipping it a little on the bottom. Please see photos. I sanded it down so it wasn’t so obvious.
