About

Branching Out Ceramics is my newly developed ceramic studio located in Whitehorse, Yukon. I got hooked on playing with clay and making functional ceramic pieces after taking my first lesson in June of 2020. 

Most of my career has been in an office requiring a different set of skills. Ceramics has allowed me to work with my hands, leveraging my creative side and artistic capabilities. 

My desire is to create beautiful one of a kind pieces that are functional, but also inspiring. Handmade products are rare beauties that bring joy into my life. I aim to do the same for others.

As I am located in the Yukon, on my free time when I am not in the studio or doing other crafts with my daughters, I am exploring the outdoors with my family. I am frequently inspired by nature and all its beauty and look for ways to incorporate  it into my pieces.

I truly hope you enjoy my creations.
